Generic plans have value, but significant limitations. Designing workouts and season plans requires an intersection of art, science, and thoughtfulness. I custom build each program to suit the needs of the individual, and guide him or her toward the improvement they desire.
A workout without a specific purpose may prove to be a missed opportunity and unfortunately can be counterproductive. Train with me to maximize each workout and ensure your effort is rewarded.

Tell me more about your training and racing history and define your goals. The questionnaire also gives me insight into your lifestyle (work/training times, equipment, facilities, commitments, etc.)

Once we clarify objectives, I will begin designing your plan in Training Peaks. We will work on block training concepts that we can integrate into your life’s schedule.
